August 14, 1965…At Studio 50 in New York City, the Beatles taped performances for CBS-TV's "The Ed Sullivan Show." They did six songs: "I Feel Fine," "I'm Down," "Act Naturally," "Ticket to Ride," "Yesterday," and "Help!" The tape aired on September 12, 1965 and marked their fourth appearance on the program.
