September 21, 1965…After signing with Beatles manager Brian Epstein, the Moody Blues played their first major concert as part of Epstein's "Evening of Popular Music" at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Other acts on the bill incuded Manfred Mann, the Kinks, Gerry and the Pacemakers, and Georgie Fame & the Blue Flames.
