November 8, 1965…Newspaper columnist/panelist on CBS-TV's "What's My Line," Dorothy Kilgallen died of a drug overdose at age 52. She apparently succumbed to a fatal combination of alcohol and Seconal, possibly concurrent with a heart attack. It is not known whether the death was a suicide or an accidental overdose.
