When I started these morning emails all of the changes upon us were sudden, frightening, and uncertain. More than one month later, they remain frightening and anything but certain. We still do not know how many people are/were truly infected, how to prevent becoming infected (beyond social distancing), or how to treat it. And we don't know how and when this will end.

 

Where are we? What do we do?  There's an expression about what is certain - death, taxes, and change. At the risk of sounding cheesy or simplistic, what about love? While we wait out what is starting to feel like an endless nightmare, hang on to love. In the end, it really is what makes a difference in one's life. Loving and being loved.
